Job description

In-Home Sales Consultant - Aging-in-Place Solutions (Tulsa, OK)

Location: Tulsa, OK & Surrounding Areas
Company: 4 State Home Improvements
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Commission-based with strong earning potential
Expected Earnings: $80,000-$150,000+ (top performers exceed this)

About the Role

4 State Home Improvements is expanding in the Tulsa market and is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to work with homeowners interested in walk-in tubs, safety showers, stairlifts, and aging-in-place home solutions.

This is a consultative, in-home sales role working with customers who want to improve safety, comfort, and accessibility in their homes. Many of the homeowners you'll meet are seniors or adult children helping aging parents, so professionalism, patience, and trust-building are essential.

Company-provided appointments. No retail. No door-to-door.

What You'll Do
  • Run pre-set, qualified in-home appointments throughout the Tulsa area

  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate safety and accessibility solutions

  • Educate homeowners on walk-in tubs, safety showers, stairlifts, and related options

  • Present pricing, financing options, and close sales

  • Build trust through respectful, professional in-home consultations

  • Accurately document measurements, layouts, and customer preferences

  • Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Who We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in in-home sales (home improvement, remodeling, mobility, or similar)

  • Comfortable working with seniors and families in sensitive decision-making situations

  • Strong communication, listening, and closing skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor in customers' homes

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience with walk-in tubs, stairlifts, or accessibility products is a plus, but not required for strong in-home sales professionals.

Why Join 4 State Home Improvements
  • Growing demand in the aging-in-place and senior safety market

  • Consistent lead flow and marketing support

  • High-need products (not discretionary remodeling)

  • Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential

  • Opportunity to grow with an expanding regional company

This Role Is a Great Fit If You
  • Prefer consultative, relationship-based sales

  • Enjoy helping seniors remain safe and independent at home

  • Are comfortable closing high-value in-home sales

  • Want control over your income with strong support behind you

Apply today to join our Tulsa in-home sales team and help homeowners live safer, more independent lives.
