BlastX Consulting, a digital consultancy, is looking for a Director/Senior Director, Client Delivery Lead-someone who has spent eight or more years leading high stakes engagements in management consulting or digital transformation consulting, and is ready to bring that experience to a role with real P&L ownership and client accountability.

You'll lead cross-functional consulting teams delivering exception results and a seamless experience for our clients. You're both a strategic advisor and an operational driver, building relationships rooted in trust, guiding clients toward clarity and progress, and ensuring that every engagement reflects a commitment to quality, rigor, and real outcomes. Your mission is to drive account growth by ensuring clients experience the full value of partnering with BlastX Consulting. You'll oversee a book of client accounts and have P&L responsibility.

Client Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead Client Delivery and ownthe success of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring every project, program, and touchpoint delivers value, insight, and excellence.
  • Identify and elevate opportunities to expand client partnerships. Develop account strategies that align to client goals and grow BlastX Consulting's footprint, driving strategic growth
  • Set the tone for client service excellence. Oversee delivery standards, client communication, and internal coordination to ensure a thoughtful, high-quality experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with purpose and accountability. Coach consultants to deliver their best work while growing their consulting skills.
  • Build trusted partnerships by strengthening executive relationships and developing a deep understanding of client organizations-their goals, context, and culture-and guide engagements that truly matter to them.
  • Help clients make smart, often tough decisions. Break down complex challenges, structure thinking, and ensure that recommendations drive action, not just analysis.
  • Foster alignment across BlastX teams and client stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Champion AI enablement-evaluate and adopt agentic and AI-assisted workflows that accelerate delivery and free the team for higher-value work, while keeping AI use governed, outcome-driven, and grounded in human judgment.
Capability Development
  • Coach and mentor team members, guiding their progression along the capability career path.
  • Develop best practices, tools, and training that advance capability expertise and power client success.
  • Collaborate across capabilities and CSLs to integrate standardization and best practices into the delivery model.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role in management consulting, CX and digital transformation consulting/agency.
  • Some experience with Adobe Analytics, AEP and/or Tealium required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully deliver in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Deep expertise in managing expectations, communicating risk, and building long-term, trusted client relationships.
  • Strong commercial instincts expanding accounts and introducing new service opportunities.
  • A disciplined, impact-oriented approach to analyzing challenges, solving problems and developing actionable solutions.
  • Strong financial and business acumen to effectively lead, adapt and make decisions with agility and confidence.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, aligned with the BlastX voice and tailored to executive and technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000
