Overview:
Role: Agile Consultant
Location: Quincy, MA or Boston, MA (Remote Role)
Exp: 10 & Above
• Proficient in Agile Methodologies; strong understanding of portfolio management and Agile ceremonies related to portfolio management
• Experienced in launching and delivering Agile and Operating Model transformations for global financial enterprises with multiple portfolios
• Strong understanding of the tool eco system that is needed for Agile adoption and maturity
• Experienced in creating documents related to Agile adoption, e.g., Agile Playbooks, Reports, Plans, Requirements
• Conversant with Confluence and JIRA; understands how they function and how they can be used as tools for collaboration and agile adoption
• Strong experience launching, coaching and maturing new agile teams using either scrum or kanban at the team level and SAFe at the Program/Portfolio levels.
• Experience coaching business and/or technology leaders on using new agile ways of working, including the PI event and QBR (OKRs also)
• Experience developing agile training content and leading agile training classes in person or virtual
• Helpful if background includes a Release Train Engineer, Product Owner or Scrum Master role in SAFe or Scrum@Scale
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation initiatives and to support functional teams. Must have hands-on and working level experience in -
o Waterfall to Agile Transformation from ground up - mindset change
o Creating relevant documentation updating playbook
