Job description


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Program Manager to lead cross-functional business initiatives that support key organizational priorities. This role requires an experienced program manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, quickly adapts to changing business needs, and consistently delivers high-quality results against aggressive timelines.
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional with strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving execution across multiple teams, and leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional business programs from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Develop detailed program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics while effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Partner with business, operations, finance, and technical teams to coordinate activities, resolve dependencies, and drive program execution.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issue, and proactively develop mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
  • Prepare clear and concise program updates, executive presentations, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Analyze program data and performance metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and reduce manual effort.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize business operations.
  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and adaptability while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional business or technical programs.
  • Experience delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders while meeting challenging timelines.
  • Experience working with Supply Chain, Operations, or related business functions.
  • Strong experience partnering with Finance teams on planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations.
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI and automation technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with experience developing executive-ready presentations and program updates.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and business audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business challenges, prioritize work, and execute effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Global Business Operations organizations.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power Automate, or other AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent program management certification.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $67,900 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
