Our client, a Fortune 10 Tech Company, is looking to hire a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Pay Rate Range:ย $60/hour on W2 - $65/hour on W2ย (depending on experience)
Location - Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Contract Duration โ€“ 13 months
ย โ€“ with possible extension/ conversion
Technical Infrastructure Program Manager
Role Overview
As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, you will manage projects requiring building, deploying, and interacting with physical IT infrastructure.ย You will lead infrastructure deployment initiatives, problem-solve build issues with technical delivery teams, and support Lifecycle programs.ย This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to create efficiencies, manage scope, control IT budgets, and meet milestone deliverables with minimal schedule impact.
Responsibilities
  • Manage infrastructure technology programs, delivering builds that may require modification from defined templates
  • Plan and revise project timelines, milestones, and IT hardware requirements using standard PM tools
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of IT hardware and equipment standards to ensure appropriate procurement and delivery
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, partner teams, and engineering teams
  • Evaluate infrastructure build complexity and risk, arranging technical reviews when needed
  • Own program communications including milestones, risks, issues, and path to green
  • Work independently while coordinating with internal teams for necessary system access and permissions
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software)
  • Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
  • Strong understanding of MDF product functionality
  • Demonstrated project management expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification
  • Agile or Lean Sigma certifications
  • Experience in infrastructure deployment programs
  • Track record of successful project delivery in technical environments
