Job description

Key Responsibilities

•            Lead and manage multiple data programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy

•            Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics

•            Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Business stakeholders

•            Drive execution of data initiatives such as data platform development, data migration, governance, and analytics solutions

•            Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication frameworks

•            Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies

•            Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance standards are integrated into all initiatives

•            Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships where applicable

•            Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure transparency through regular updates and reporting

•            Promote best practices in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

•            Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field

•            10-20 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data or technology domains

•            Proven experience managing large-scale data projects (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, BI platforms, ETL pipelines)

•            Experience in Databricks projects
