Job description

Position Summary Base-2 Solutions is seeking an Agile Developer 3 to develop and sustain complex and diverse legacy and new enterprise software systems in an Agile Scrum environment. This role supports software development, modernization, architecture alignment, testing, troubleshooting, and 24x7 operational support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and sustain complex legacy and new enterprise software systems based on documented requirements.

Collaborate with direct team members and cross-functional dependent teams in an Agile Scrum environment. Develop holistic solutions with cost and maintenance considerations in mind. * Review and test software components for alignment to architectural design requirements and document test results.

Monitor logs and troubleshoot systems using documented steps and processes. Support systems requiring 24x7 call-in and on-call support and maintenance. * Provide specific guidance to software component design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, COTS/GOTS usage, and requirements analysis from system level to software component level.

Support Agile development and delivery of software. Support monolithic application support and maintenance. * Support microservices architecture migration.

Support user interface and user experience enhancements. Support DevSecOps and automation of CI/CD pipelines. Required Qualifications * Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, with a CI Polygraph within the last 7 years.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. 9 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree. * Experience building microservices, API development, Lambda, RDS, Grafana, Prometheus, MongoDB, and DocumentDB.

Ability to support 24x7 call-in and on-call maintenance. Preferred Qualifications Java. * Spring Boot.
