Depending on the industry, agents can represent individuals, groups, or organizations in areas such as real estate, entertainment, insurance, or travel. Their primary role is to advocate for their clients' best interests, handle contracts, and provide expert advice throughout the process. Agents are often licensed and must adhere to legal and ethical standards in their field.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an agent?

To thrive as an Agent, you need strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and relevant education, often supported by a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. Familiarity with contract management software, CRM platforms, and, in some fields, licensure or certification is typically required. Excellent interpersonal skills, networking abilities, and resilience set standout agents apart.
