Description:
The Agency Sales and Growth Manager for Cedarbrook Insurance Group, a division of Cavco Industries, is responsible for owning and driving agency revenue growth through the leadership, development, and expansion of a high-performing sales organization. This role is accountable for producer productivity, sales process effectiveness, and talent acquisition, while building a disciplined, performance-driven culture. The Agency Sales Manager partners cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and carrier partners to optimize lead generation, conversion, and overall sales performance.
Core Responsibilities/Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Own and deliver agency sales performance, including revenue growth, conversion rates, and producer productivity.
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing team of sales producers through disciplined recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development.
  • Establish and maintain a high-performance culture with clear accountability, strong recognition of top performers, and decisive management of underperformance.
  • Design and execute structured onboarding and continuous training programs to accelerate producer ramp time and long-term success.
  • Conduct daily sales huddles and regular 1:1 meetings focused on pipeline health, performance metrics, and execution against priorities.
  • Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, roleplay, and sales process refinement to improve close rates and customer experience.
  • Own recruiting outcomes for the sales organization, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of high-quality talent.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators, including lead-to-bind conversion, premium growth, pipeline velocity, and producer output.
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management, including consistent follow-up, accurate forecasting, and progression of opportunities to close.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation strategy, aligning lead volume and quality with team capacity and ROI targets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, scripts, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with carrier partners and internal stakeholders to support product alignment, training initiatives, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand referral networks and Centers of Influence to drive additional business.
  • Deliver regular sales performance updates, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • 7+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales environments, with demonstrated sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
  • Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Agency Zoom, HubSpot) and data-driven sales management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
