Saunders Staffing Agency is currently building a priority roster of compassionate CNAs for an upcoming service expansion at a major healthcare facility in Richmond. We are looking for reliable professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and supporting clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality resident care in a professional long-term care setting.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and meal escorts.
  • Monitor resident status and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and answer call lights promptly.
Requirements
  • Certification: Active, unencumbered Virginia CNA license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed CNA.
  • Credentials: Current CPR and negative PPD/chest x-ray.
  • Compliance: Must pass a criminal background check and adhere to facility dress codes.
  • Availability: Seeking candidates for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
    • Shift 1: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
    • Shift 2: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
    • Shift 3: 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m
