WHAT YOU WILL DO

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to Regional Aftersales Operations departments. This role contributes to the day-to-day execution of Aftersales operations, fixed operations, and warranty & consumer affairs initiatives. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, executing tasks that achieve operational capacity objectives, supports service retention objectives, monitor KPI's and escalates variances to management, warranty administration support, warranty expense monitoring & parts return status, aid in coordinating the completion of campaigns or recalls, and handle day-to-day consumer affairs inquires/case reviews/hearings.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Prepare, update, and distribute reports and presentations for DPSMs, Regional Leadership, Dealers, and National teams to support strategies, assigned tasks, and management initiatives.
  • Build and conduct aftersales analyses; summarize findings for management and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of regional programs.
  • Support administration of the VOR process to improve Hyundai owner retention and reduce buybacks caused by parts or repair delays.
  • Extract and analyze data using internal and external systems (SAP, VINS, Service View, Tableau, Alteryx, AS400, etc.).
  • Track replacement and repurchase activity, monitoring disposition of vehicles in accordance with HMA guidelines.
  • Coordinate and organize documentation for BBB, State Lemon Law, and DOT hearings while meeting legal deadlines.
  • Run multi-system data queries, import and reformat data in Excel, and present results in PowerPoint.
  • Provide administrative support during DSM absences as needed.
  • Support regional initiatives through assigned tracking, reporting, coordination, and adhoc analysis.
  • Run, analyze, and reconcile KPI reporting, including post-program reporting.
  • Provide regional aftersales support for OCM preparation, performance tracking, and action-item followup.
  • Manage service website audits, service scheduler tracking, secret shopping, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with regional aftersales, warranty, and consumer affairs to ensure aligned execution.
  • Perform additional operational and administrative duties to support Regional After Sales operations.
  • Deliver accurate, timely reports and analyses while supporting daily operations with limited supervision.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least five years of experience of which at least three years of directly related experience are in automotive is preferred.
  • Broad automotive retail experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a sound understanding of dealership parts, service, fixed operations, and financial services; uses knowledge and experience to improve operational performance.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Well developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize and exercises excellent time management.
  • Intermediate/advanced computer and analytical skills required (Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of SAP a plus).
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to identify and solve difficult problems; recommend well-reasoned solutions.
  • Possess customer-minded competencies to understand customer needs and expectations to develop and implement solutions to meet the customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations (verbally and visually) to Region Leadership.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
  • Compensation Range: $75,400.00 - $104,000.00 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
