EHC is currently looking for an** After Sales Service Associate **for a Client in Hammond, IN.

The After Sales Service Department Associate provides administrative and transactional support to the Sales team. This role focuses on expediting, documentation accuracy, and customer follow-up to ensure a high level of service after the sale is completed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated support to answer or coordinate responses for all requests from the assigned customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and RMA's
  • Expedite orders and incoming PO's and Sales Orders
  • Advise sales of any changes on incoming PO's and Sales Orders
  • Update Sales orders with any changes to customer information
  • Other sales/expediting duties as assigned by manager.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
  • At least two years of administrative experience is preferred
