Description Under the administrative supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, the Behavioral Health Supervisor provides clinical services and operational leadership to ensure high-quality behavioral health outcomes for Affinity Health Center patients. This position is responsible for supervising the behavioral health team, delivering direct patient care, supporting integrated behavioral health services, and participating in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and organizational Performance Management activities. Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on your qualifications. Benefits:

Direct Clinical Services/Integrated Care:
  • Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups across the lifespan.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patients' mental health, substance use, and psychosocial needs.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect patient goals, presenting symptoms, and progress.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust interventions or level of care as clinically indicated, including short-term care, ongoing therapy, or discharge from the behavioral health program.
Clinic & Staff Supervision:
  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to the behavioral health team.
  • Monitor staff productivity, documentation quality, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in performance management activities, including evaluations and corrective action when needed.
Administrative/Leadership:
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and establish goals to improve patient outcomes, and monitors quality measures and care gaps and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the revenue cycle team to ensure appropriate coding, documentation, and financial accountability.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral health policies and procedures, including MAT and substance use services.
  • Participate in cross-departmental and leadership meetings and organizational initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of HIV
  • Ability to speak in English and Spanish
  • Experience in a Human Services Field
  • LPC-S or LISW-CP or LISW- AP
  • LCAS
Position Requirements Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a Human Services Field
  • LPC or LISW
  • Experience in leadership, supervision, and/or performance management
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent Communication Skills
