Job description

Affinity Health Center is seeking a PMHNP/FNP to provide primary care for children and adults through a new School-Based Site in Rock Hill, SC. Dual certification and/or experience in Family Medicine and Psychiatric Care preferred. Join the team of a growing community health center located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, just outside of Charlotte, NC.

We seek a clinician with a desire to serve vulnerable populations, a commitment to addressing health inequities, a drive to enhance quality, keen awareness of the social drivers of health, and the ability to motivate and inspire patient-centered care with compassion, dignity, and respect. Compensation: Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually, plus incentive pay, based on education and experience.
