POSITION OVERVIEW
Ideal Living is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager to support the growth of our affiliate, influencer, creator, and social commerce programs across AirDoctor and AquaTru.
Reporting to the Senior Social Commerce Manager, this role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, activating, and supporting creators, affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and helping partners succeed. This role is highly focused on partner growth, activation, and revenue contribution and will play a key role in expanding our creator ecosystem.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Recruit, onboard, activate, and grow a network of high-performing affiliates, creators, influencers, and brand advocates that contribute meaningful revenue growth across AirDoctor and AquaTru.
CREATOR & AFFILIATE RECRUITMENT
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, creators, influencers, and brand advocates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective partners.
Conduct outreach through affiliate networks, creator platforms, social media, events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Evaluate potential partners based on audience fit, engagement, content quality, and revenue potential.
Support recruitment initiatives tied to product launches, promotions, retail activations, and seasonal campaigns.
PARTNER ONBOARDING & ACTIVATION
Own the onboarding experience from application through activation.
Ensure partners are properly trained on products, brand messaging, commission structures, promotional opportunities, and available resources.
Coordinate product seeding, welcome kits, affiliate links, discount codes, and campaign assets.
Develop processes that improve activation rates and reduce time-to-first-sale.
Monitor partner engagement and proactively identify opportunities to increase participation and productivity.
Re-engage inactive affiliates and creators.
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & PARTNER SUPPORT
Support execution of affiliate, influencer, and creator campaigns across all social commerce channels.
Coordinate promotional calendars, campaign timelines, content deliverables, and launch activities.
Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day partner communication.
Coordinate creator assets, tracking links, offer codes, product shipments, and campaign requirements.
Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
RETAIL & BRAND SUPPORT
Support creator initiatives tied to key retail partners including Costco, Home Depot, Vitamin Shoppe, Sprouts, and future retail launches.
Identify creators and affiliates who can help drive retail awareness and sales velocity.
Collaborate with Brand, Ecommerce, Retail, and PR teams to support major product launches and promotional initiatives.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING & REPORTING
Track affiliate, creator, influencer, and social commerce performance across Everflow, Nectar Social, Superfiliate, TikTok Shop, and other reporting platforms.
Monitor partner productivity, campaign performance, content output, and revenue contribution.
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment, onboarding, activation, and partner performance.
Onboarding Completion Rate
QUALIFICATIONS
35 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, social commerce, creator management, or ecommerce.
Experience recruiting and managing affiliates, creators, influencers, or brand ambassadors.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Experience with affiliate and influencer platforms such as Everflow, Superfiliate, Impact, ShareASale, CreatorIQ, or similar tools.
Comfortable analyzing performance data and identifying growth opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for consumer brands, wellness, ecommerce, and digital marketing.

Success in this role means consistently growing the number of active revenue-producing partners, increasing partner engagement and activation, and helping drive measurable affiliate, creator, and social commerce revenue growth across AirDoctor and AquaTru.
