We're seeking a passionate Account Manager to join our Partner Services Team and be the face of Affiliated Monitoring for our valued clients.
As an Account Manager on our Partner Services Team, you'll be the trusted advisor for our top clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they have the tools and support they need to protect lives and property.
In this role, you will:
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with our key accounts, acting as their trusted partner and advisor.
  • Become an expert in our innovative monitoring solutions, guiding clients on how to leverage our technology to achieve their goals.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring their experience with Affiliated Monitoring is seamless and positive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Drive client success by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and developing solutions to optimize their accounts.
  • Play a key role in onboarding new clients, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
