Job description

Affiliate Manager - Influencer & Creator Partnerships

TrulyFree.com | Marketing | US Remote

Reports To: Director, Influencer & Creator Partnerships

Location: Remote

Salary: $80,000 - 100,000

About the Role

TrulyFree.com is growing fast, and creator-driven word-of-mouth is at the heart of how we reach new customers. We're hiring an Affiliate Manager who lives and breathes the creator economy-someone who already has relationships with high-performing talent and knows exactly how to turn those relationships into measurable revenue.

This isn't a role for someone building from zero. We need a connector who can hit the ground running-pitching, onboarding, and activating creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with a brand story that resonates. If you have a track record of scaling creator programs and a roster ready to go, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Recruit & Manage Creator Affiliates

  • Source and recruit creators with genuine audience alignment to TrulyFree's mission-not just follower counts.
  • Activate your existing creator network quickly to generate early traction.
  • Deliver a high-touch onboarding experience that makes top creators want to stay-and produce.
  • Build ongoing relationships through personalized outreach, performance check-ins, and proactive support.

Pitch & Onboard with Purpose

  • Craft pitches that connect TrulyFree's brand story to each creator's audience and monetization goals.
  • Design onboarding flows tailored for creators: brand guidelines, content best practices, incentive structures, and ready-to-use assets.
  • Make every creator's first 30 days seamless, exciting, and set up for a strong launch.

Drive Conversion & Revenue

  • Match creators with product campaigns, bundles, and themes that fit their content naturally.
  • Guide creators on messaging strategy and platform-specific tactics (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube) that maximize conversions.
  • Share performance insights regularly so creators can optimize their approach and grow their earnings.

Design Incentives That Motivate

  • Build tiered reward structures that drive consistent content output and sales performance.
  • Recognize and reward creators in ways that feel personal-not just transactional.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep incentives fresh, exclusive, and competitive.

Report, Analyze & Improve

  • Pull and analyze creator performance data weekly to identify trends and friction points.
  • Bring clear, actionable insights to leadership to shape program strategy and budget decisions.
  • Test new platforms, tools, or campaign structures-and know quickly what's worth scaling.

Collaborate on Content & Campaigns

  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop creator-ready assets, storytelling frameworks, and campaign toolkits.
  • Maintain brand consistency while giving creators the flexibility to connect authentically with their audiences.
  • Coordinate group activations and co-branded content moments that amplify campaign impact.

Retain & Reactivate

  • Spot early signs of creator churn and re-engage proactively with refreshed offers, feedback, or new opportunities.
  • Build feedback loops that surface what creators actually need-and use that intel to evolve the program.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 3-5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management at a brand, agency, or social platform.
  • A proven track record of recruiting, activating, and retaining creator affiliates at scale.
  • An existing roster of creators or influencer relationships you can activate immediately.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Deep fluency in creator monetization models, platform algorithms, and social media ecosystems.
  • Strong pitching and relationship skills-you can sell a brand story and make a creator feel genuinely excited.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, or similar) and social analytics tools.
  • Data-driven: you track performance rigorously and use it to make decisions, not just reports.
  • Comfortable operating fast in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
