Position Overview

Ideal Living is seeking an ambitious, analytical, and relationship-driven Affiliate Manager to grow our affiliate program for AirDoctor and AquaTru.

This role will focus on driving profitable, incremental revenue through affiliate partnerships, publisher relationships, creator affiliates, and performance marketing programs. The Affiliate Manager will oversee day-to-day management of our affiliate platforms, recruit and grow top-performing partners, manage campaigns and promotions, and serve as a key contact for the affiliate channel.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of affiliate or partnership marketing experience, ideally for a DTC, e-commerce, wellness, or consumer products brand
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, publisher partnerships, and performance-based marketing
  • Experience managing affiliate programs across DTC, Amazon, and/or TikTok Shop
  • Strong relationship builder who has experience working with affiliate publishers, influencers, media partners, and creator affiliates
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using data to evaluate performance and optimize programs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, commission structures, promotional planning, and partner management
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Levanta, Amazon Creator Connections, TikTok Shop, LTK, Everflow, and/or similar platforms
  • Experience working with affiliate publishers, review sites, loyalty and coupon partners, creator affiliates, podcasts, and media partners
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, UTM strategy, promo codes, reporting, and conversion optimization
  • Comfortable using Triple Whale, Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon reporting, and platform dashboards to analyze results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Asana
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the affiliate promotional calendar in partnership with internal teams
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, digital, Amazon, CRM, and e-commerce teams to support affiliate campaigns
  • Develop and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and return on investment
  • Run weekly and monthly reporting and share key insights, trends, and recommendations with leadership
  • Analyze results by partner, promotion, and platform to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing affiliate partners to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow new affiliate partners, publishers, creator affiliates, and media partners
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program across AirDoctor and AquaTru
  • Oversee affiliate links, promo codes, commissions, creative assets, and partner communications
  • Identify and test new affiliate platforms, technologies, and partnership opportunities
  • Manage affiliate budgets and ensure programs are meeting profitability goals
