Job description

TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager
About the Role:

Beam is scaling its TikTok Shop operation, and the Affiliate Manager is the engine behind our creator-driven sales. You'll support our affiliate in tandem with the Tik Tok team and agency- sourcing the products and brand deals worth promoting, recruiting and activating the creators who sell them, and turning that network into predictable, growing GMV. This is a relationship-heavy, metrics-accountable role for someone who is equally comfortable negotiating a sample-and-commission deal and reading a performance dashboard.
You'll report to the TikTok Shop lead and work day-to-day alongside our live operations team, TikTok shop agency, and freelance content creators. The role is in-office / hybrid so you can move fast with the team and jump on creator and brand conversations in real time.
What You'll Do
  • Affiliate program strategy: build and scale Beam's TikTok Shop affiliate network from outreach through activation, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Creator recruiting & relationships: identify, pitch, and onboard the right creators; keep top affiliates active, supported, and stocked with product and creative direction.
  • Product & seller side: source and prioritize the products worth promoting, negotiate commission structures and brand/sample deals, and manage sample logistics so creators always have something to sell.
  • Commission & incentive design: set and tune commission rates, bonuses, and promotions that maximize creator-driven GMV while protecting margin.
  • Performance ownership: track affiliate GMV, active-creator counts, conversion, and content output; report weekly and act on what the numbers show.
  • Cross-team coordination: partner with live ops to feature affiliate products in live shows and with content creators/editors to keep the funnel fed.
Who You Are:
  • 2+ years in affiliate, influencer, creator, partnerships, or social-commerce roles - ideally with hands-on TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer, or similar creator-commerce experience.
  • A track record of building relationships that turn into revenue, and the negotiation instincts to structure deals that work for both sides.
  • Fluency in TikTok as a platform - you understand creators, trends, and what actually sells in short-form and live.
  • Comfort with numbers: you can read a GMV/commission dashboard, spot what's working, and make decisions from it.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across many creators, deals, and samples at once.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast, ambiguous, build-it-from-scratch environment.

Location & Benefits:
Boston, MA, New York, NY (2-3 days/week in-office) or Remote
We offer:
• Fully covered medical benefits + dependent contributions
• Unlimited PTO
• 401k with up to 4% match
• "Work from Anywhere" bank
• Wellness stipend for health & fitness
• Commuter benefits
These are the Values that Guide our Decisions in the Business:

Transparent and Open Communication
