Job description

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position $93,380-$126,730. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. At Sawdey Solution Services, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.

Position Location: Washington, DC Telework/Work-from-Home Authorized: No About the Role : Provide operational expertise and technical support in the areas of non-Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) education and training, deployment requirements, and individual readiness requirements.

Support Headquarters United States Air Force efforts related to Multi-Capable Airman (MCA) implementation and its connections to Ready Airman Training (RAT), Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN), Agile Combat Employment (ACE), Wing A Staff, and mission command approaches. Coordinate with Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Major Commands (MAJCOMs), Joint organizations, Department of Defense (DoD) organizations, and other Services to facilitate readiness and deployment training initiatives and ensure the flow of decision-level information to the leadership. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Provide operational expertise in non-AFSC education and training and maintain knowledge of deployment and individual readiness requirements.

Support coordination with Air Education and Training Command and other MAJCOMs through participation in Air Force working groups. Coordinate with Joint organizations, DoD organizations, and other Services regarding readiness and deployment training in support of RAT and its relationship to AFFORGEN, Agile Combat Employment (ACE), and other deployment models. Support career field managers in incorporating MCA training and education into life cycle training plans.

Support development of 100/200/300/400-level training objectives in accordance with the Agile Combat Employment (ACE) Training and Certification FRAGO. Support career field managers, in coordination with Functional Area Managers (FAMs), in validating AFSCs and cross-utilization training (CUT) requirements. Support forward operating site (FOS) and contingency location (CL) ACE-capable force elements.

Support A3T in assuming responsibility for ACE Task Order LOE 3 for long-term implementation of MCA in support of operational training and readiness. Support A3T, in coordination with AETC/A3X, in the development, staffing, and approval of wing-level Advanced Ready Training (ART) syllabi. Ensure minimum expeditionary baseline training is maintained in accordance with readiness levels and AFI 10-405, RAT.

Perform other duties, as assigned. Experience Requirements: Minimum of three (3) years of current experience within the last five (5) years supporting individual Airmen deployment and readiness requirements. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, etc.) required Master's Degree is desired Other Required Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with United States Air Force Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN) concepts

Relevant expertise and experience supporting long-term and future architecture planning efforts. Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
