Job Opportunity

This position involves a range of responsibilities including estimating and office administration. Below are the key duties and what we're looking for in a candidate.

Estimating
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare basic cost estimates.
  • Request and organize quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, bid packages, and supporting documents.
  • Track bid deadlines and maintain estimating files.
Office Administration
  • Manage general office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, filing, and ordering supplies.
  • Support project managers with documentation, reports, and data entry.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Assist with invoicing, timesheets, and basic bookkeeping tasks (as needed).
