Job Description:
PARTS PULLING
  • Responsible for filling customer orders.
  • Make stock adjustments when necessary.
  • Issue parts to shop assembly.
  • Correctly label all parts that are pulled for sales orders.
  • Responsible for pulling parts.
  • Check stock codes and proper quantities against packing slips and work orders.
  • Pull sales orders from auto store.
  • Inventory
    • Accurately record and report stock variances.
    • Maintain and report an accurate reconciliation of stock.
    • Should understand the functionality of the AESSEAL inventory and stock databases.
  • Follow all established safety practices.

SHIPPING
  • Ensure labels are correct.
  • Follow special instructions in all work order.
  • Follow proper boxing guidelines.
  • Match paperwork to correct work order.
  • Signature required on all work orders.
  • Responsible for keeping up with all supplies needed to run daily operations (i.e. keep track of stock used).
  • Prioritizing shipping orders based on need.
  • Verify correct information for shipping/make updates with corrected shipping information.
  • Tracking orders when required and reporting information.
  • Communicate with any shipping changes.
  • Freight pallet preparation (i.e. strapping, plastic wrap, etc.).
  • Monitor freight shipments and utilizing hoist when necessary.
  • Follow all established safety practices.

PACKAGING
  • Boxing up for Logo Boxes.
  • Match paperwork to correct work order.
  • Signature required on all work orders.
  • Creating packing slips.
  • Double-check all sales slips.
  • Responsible for keeping up with all supplies needed to run daily operations (i.e. keep track of stock used).
  • Prioritizing sales orders.
  • Communicate to shipping any shipping changes.
  • Follow all established safety practices.

RECEIVING
  • Receives merchandise, checks, and signs delivery slips.
  • Assist with unloading pallets / material.
  • Unpacks merchandise and verify quality and quantity against supporting documents.
  • Put away stock.
  • Filing paperwork according to procedures.
  • Contacts appropriate personnel for information regarding shipments received when necessary.
  • Maintains work area.
  • Inventory
  • Cycle Counting: Maintain the inventory count schedule, running reports for the scheduled daily count.
  • Accurately count stock.
  • Accurately record and report stock variances.
  • Maintain and report an accurate reconciliation of stock.
  • Should understand the functionality of the AESSEAL inventory and stock databases.
  • Follow all established safety practices.

Additional duties, responsibilities, and assignments may be modified or added at any time based on business needs. Employees are expected to work overtime as required.
