What You’ll Do

  • Direct daily production and processing activities across the organization
  • Manage schedules, work orders, inventory levels, and staffing decisions within budget and time constraints

  • Prepare and distribute accurate production reports for key stakeholders
  • Interpret and communicate specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies to production personnel
  • Enforce the employee code of conduct and document violations per established procedures
  • Conduct 90-day and annual performance evaluations and support team development

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Visual Manufacturing or equivalent ERP/MRP software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred

Why Join Us?

  • Work in a high-quality, aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Opportunity to impact product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborative team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Career growth and professional development opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental & vision
  • Paid vacation and sick time
