Customer Success Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Customer Success Coordinator to be located in our Schaumburg, IL office.

Central to the execution of day to day order processing activity, this position is focused on customer communication throughout the sales process. Our customer relationships begin with the first contact by phone, email and website contact mechanisms and extends over many years of commercial engagement. Their success is dependent on our excellent responsiveness and customer service capabilities. Essential to meeting the highest standards of customer satisfaction, our teams work in a collaborative and supportive teamwork environment.

Who You Are
  • You are experienced in the Customer Service field and with the sales/order process.
  • You have previous customer support knowledge.
  • You are someone with a customer first mindset and are willing to help fulfill customer requirements.
  • You are a people person with the ability to interface and collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • You have the ability to structure and apply basic organizational skills to manage your daily activities.
  • You are confident and have good communication skills.
What You'll Do
  • You will be responsible for providing lead-time, price, availability, order processing and order acknowledgement information for our encoder product portfolio.
  • Act as first point of contact for potential, new and existing customers
  • Enter sales orders in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining accuracy of the data entry.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers via phone and/or email
  • Support the Sales team by providing price and delivery information, researching order statuses and resolving open order issues.
  • Collaborates with other departments in the organization to help resolve order management issues.
Requirements
  • A passion and acumen for fostering deep working relationships with varied customer's environments is required.
  • 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Competency with various computer programs, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic problem solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
