Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Jeffersonville, IN (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite/Week)

Compensation: $40–$43/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner – Engineering to support recruiting efforts across its industrial and machining operations.

This position is ideal for a recruiter who has strong experience hiring CNC Machinists and other precision machining talent and enjoys working closely with hiring managers to solve difficult recruiting challenges.

The role will focus heavily on hourly CNC Machinist recruiting, pipeline development, sourcing strategy, and client partnership. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and helping hiring managers navigate the recruiting process from intake through offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for evergreen CNC Machinist positions from sourcing through interviewing and offer.
• Develop and maintain active pipelines of qualified CNC Machinists and manufacturing talent.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, QR codes, digital sourcing strategies, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interviews, and qualification assessments.
• Evaluate candidates based on CNC machining experience, technical capabilities, manufacturing background, shift availability, and overall fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and communicate candidate qualifications effectively.
• Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process and proactively address roadblocks.
• Manage candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and documentation within the ATS.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill CNC Machinist positions.
• Identify new talent pools and continually improve sourcing strategies.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate documentation and communication.
• Represent the organization professionally in the market and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience specifically focused on CNC Machinists / CNC machining talent.
• Strong overall recruiting experience within industrial manufacturing, engineering, or precision machining environments.
• Experience recruiting for hourly CNC Machinist and other specialized manufacturing positions.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining terminology, technical skills, and manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to source candidates using Indeed and Boolean searches.
• Strong requirement-management skills with the ability to quickly adjust to changing operational demands.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, proactive, and client-focused approach.
• Strong business acumen and ability to professionally influence and guide hiring managers.
• Stable employment history and demonstrated tenure in previous positions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Agency recruiting experience is welcome.

Additional Details
