Job description

Job Description:-

  • Busy and fast-paced machine shop is seeking a strong leader to serve as the anchor for our second shift (2:00 PM - 1:00 AM).

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines, managing machinists and workflow, troubleshooting issues, and editing CNC programs to support production efficiency and quality standards.

  • Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Experience with Doosan machines, 3-axis/5-axis CNC machining, and job shop operations is highly preferred.
