  • Design and fabricate custom work-holding fixtures to support complex machining operations.
  • Perform manual machining operations on an engine lathe as required.
  • Execute part modifications, reworks, and engineering changes with precision and efficiency.
  • Inspect completed parts to ensure conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Maintain excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy across all projects.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Haas CNC equipment and manual engine lathes.
  • Manage projects independently from setup through completion with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements and Qualification

  • Strong understanding of machine maintenance, tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining best practices.
  • Excellent blueprint reading, GD&T interpretation, and precision measurement skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Nice-to-haves:
  • Haas CNC Certification.
  • Experience in R&D, product development, or prototype shop environments.
