We are looking for an AEM Developer to help transform its digital properties into modern, engaging customer experiences. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that power some of web platforms. You will work alongside architects, UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver scalable, high-performing, and secure applications that support 's global digital ecosystem. This is an opportunity build meaningful, high-impact software at scale while growing your expertise across the full AEM stack from component and template development to cloud deployment.
Responsibilities
AEM DevelopmentDevelop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and content fragments that support scalable, reusable digital experiences.Build and support AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) implementations, including authoring, publishing, and dispatcher configurations.Develop and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) repository, including metadata schemas, folder structures, and asset governance.Configure and maintain Blueprints, Live Copies, and Rollout Configurations to ensure content consistency across multi-site environments.Build responsive, high-performance front-end experiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.Develop backend services and integrations using Java, Sling, and OSGi, including REST/API integrations with third-party systems.Write clean, scalable, well-tested code and participate actively in code reviews.Partner with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, and manage work through tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Create and maintain clear technical documentation and specifications.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with a focus on stability and continuous improvement.Troubleshoot indexing failures, data synchronization issues, and search relevance problems across environments.Collaborate with architects to evaluate and evolve search architecture as content volume and site footprint grow.
DevOps & CloudSupport and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Apply best practices for security, accessibility, and performance across all deliverables.

Experience PreferredExperience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).Experience with DevOps tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Familiarity with microservices or service-oriented architecture.Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to support development, testing, or content workflows.Adobe AEM certification(s).Experience with Elasticsearch and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based search models.Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Agentic AI solutions for automated code reviews.
