? Solid understanding of AEM administration basics (users, roles, workflows, environments)
? Hands-on experience in content modeling, content fragments, templates, and component design
? Good knowledge of content lifecycle management and authoring workflows
? Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation
? Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Exposure to AEM integrations (Adobe Analytics, Target, or other CMS/marketing tools)

? Act as the AEM domain expert for content architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices
