Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital platforms or MarTech environments.
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, user stories, and backlog management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of AEM Sites and AEM Assets (DAM).
  • Familiarity with Headless AEM concepts including Content Fragments, APIs, and GraphQL delivery.
  • Understanding of AEM workflows, templates, and content structures.
  • Knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) concepts.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API-driven architectures.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Experience:

  • Experience supporting enterprise CMS or digital experience platform implementations.
  • Experience creating and managing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience conducting workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement sessions.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to validate feasibility and delivery alignment.
  • Experience supporting Digital Asset Management (DAM) initiatives including metadata, taxonomy, and governance.
  • Experience working with structured content strategies and reusable content models.
  • Experience supporting headless CMS and omnichannel delivery implementations.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Insurance domains is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Break down requirements into implementable backlog items for development teams.
  • Maintain traceability between business requirements and technical delivery.
  • Advise stakeholders on AEM platform capabilities, limitations, and best-fit implementation approaches.
  • Support AEM Sites, AEM Assets (DAM), and headless CMS initiatives.
  • Define scalable content models and structured content strategies for omnichannel delivery.
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs, epics, and sprint-ready stories.
  • Conduct backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospective sessions.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
  • Support acceptance testing and requirement validation activities.
  • Assist with initiatives involving AEM as a Cloud Service and cloud-native architecture principles.
  • Define DAM requirements including metadata, tagging, taxonomy, governance, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate on analytics, data layer, KPI, and audience segmentation requirements when needed.
  • Facilitate communication between business, UX, and technical teams throughout project delivery.
