Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in AEM (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service).
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Sites, Assets, DAM, workflows, and OSGi.
  • Experience working with Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly), and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic React knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and AEM development teams.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AEM solutions.
  • Support design, development, configuration, and deployment of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Provide guidance on AEM best practices related to architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with UX, QA, DevOps, and content teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
  • Assist with integrations between AEM and external systems such as APIs, analytics, personalization tools, and DAMs.
  • Support content migration, authoring workflows, and publishing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, accessibility guidelines, and governance frameworks.

Nice to Have:

  • Adobe certifications (AEM Developer, Architect, or Business Practitioner).
