Sr. AEM Developer/ AEM Architect
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Build strategies to convert marketer experience / workflow to Adobe WorkFont/Fusion.
• Manage and host channel experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM )
• Design and develop solutions on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including Sites, Assets and related Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Provide hands-on development across AEM components, templates, workflows, services, integrations and custom extensions using Java, Sling and relevant front-end technologies.
• Design scalable content models, content fragments, experience fragments, taxonomies and metadata structures to support reusable and omnichannel content.
• Lead technical solutioning and architecture for enterprise content management and knowledge management use cases.
• Translate business and content requirements into effective AEM solution designs, technical specifications and implementation approaches.
• Design integrations between AEM and enterprise platforms, APIs, search, DAM, knowledge repositories and other content/data sources.
• Define best practices for content architecture, governance, authoring experience, search/discovery and content lifecycle management.
• Build cloud-native solutions aligned with AEM Cloud Manager, CI/CD, security, performance, scalability and Adobe recommended practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and work closely with product, content, UX, architecture and engineering teams through design, build and delivery.
• Act as a hands-on technical lead, capable of rapidly prototyping solutions, reviewing code and guiding engineering teams while remaining actively involved in development.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build strategies to convert home grown marketer experience / workflow to Adobe WorkFont/Fusion as well able to manage and host channel experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM ) while leveraging other core capabilities of Adobe Experience Cloud. Looking for someone who has Adobe certifications and has strong leadership skill to help setup a team in the long run and rally them along .
Salary Range- $110,000-$120,000 a year
