Job Title: AEM Forms Developer
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Experience: 9–10 Years

Job Summary

Broadridge is seeking an experienced AEM Forms Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise digital forms and document solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM Forms development, Java, REST integrations, and workflow customization. Experience in the Financial Services domain is preferred.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AEM Forms solutions, including Adaptive Forms, Form Data Models (FDM), Form Fragments, and Document Services.
  • Build custom AEM components, OSGi services, Sling Servlets, and workflows.
  • Integrate AEM Forms with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop Java-based backend services and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Collaborate with architects, business teams, QA, and DevOps in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

  • 9+ years of software development experience with 4–5+ years in AEM Forms.
  • Strong experience with Adobe AEM Forms, Adaptive Forms, FDM, and Document Services.
  • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, OSGi, Apache Sling, REST APIs, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Maven, and Git.
  • Experience with AEM Workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Financial Services experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Adobe AEM Developer Certification is a plus.
  • Banking or Capital Markets domain experience preferred.
