Overview:
Do you have a passion for delivering superior customer service while being a key player in the essential daily functions of a successful office? Shamrock Financial Services in Wilmington, NC is looking for a versatile and well-rounded Office Administrator. This individual will be responsible for a variety of pertinent tasks, allowing the financial advisor to focus on the continued growth of the business. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in client service, administrative, and marketing support who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What you’ll do:
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
  • Manage advisors’ calendars, including appointment scheduling and rescheduling
  • Managing advisors’ email continuously throughout the day
  • Assist clients with completing required paperwork
  • Maintain the firm’s CRM system (Salesforce) through accurate data entry and database management
  • Build and improve upon client relationships
  • Support social media campaigns
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops and client appreciation events
  • Manage guest communications, registrations, and RSVPs
  • Handle event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Excellent communication; written and verbal, professional and well spoken
  • Collaborative team player willing to assist others
