Operating across Agency, Entertainment, and Events, we create integrated marketing campaigns spanning live events, music, sports, experiential marketing, digital content, influencer marketing, and branded entertainment.

Our Social Media & Influencer Marketing team develops strategic, culturally relevant campaigns that connect brands with audiences through social-first storytelling, creator partnerships, and authentic engagement.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Social & Influencer Strategist is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of integrated social media and influencer marketing programs, with a primary focus on agency clients. This role serves as the strategic lead for influencer marketing, developing creator strategies that support brand objectives while ensuring campaigns are culturally relevant, measurable, and aligned with client goals.

Working closely with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams, the Social & Influencer Strategist translates marketing objectives into social and creator-led campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business results. This role also provides day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the Influencer Marketing Coordinators, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution across multiple client programs.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and social marketer, with a deep understanding of digital culture, creator ecosystems, and emerging social platforms.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


Social & Influencer Strategy

  • Develop integrated social media and influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and overall campaign goals.
  • Lead influencer planning from concept through execution, ensuring creator strategies support broader marketing initiatives.
  • Identify emerging trends, platform innovations, and creator opportunities that strengthen client campaigns.
  • Develop campaign briefs, strategic recommendations, creator frameworks, and social playbooks.
  • Develop platform-specific recommendations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure influencer programs integrate seamlessly with paid media, experiential marketing, PR, content, and creative.

Influencer Marketing Leadership

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across agency clients.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the Influencer Marketing Coordinators.
  • Guide creator selection, campaign planning, negotiations, content approvals, and execution.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
  • Establish best practices, workflows, and quality standards for influencer marketing across the department.

Client Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal account teams and clients on social and influencer marketing.
  • Present campaign strategies, creator recommendations, and performance insights during client meetings.
  • Build trusted relationships by proactively identifying opportunities that support business growth.
  • Participate in new business pitches and strategic planning sessions.

Campaign Performance & Measurement

  • Define campaign KPIs and success metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop post-campaign reports highlighting performance, learnings, and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Paid Media and Analytics teams to evaluate creator effectiveness and campaign ROI.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or integrated digital marketing.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing integrated influencer marketing strategies for consumer brands.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading junior team members preferred.
  • Strong understanding of creator marketing, influencer partnerships, and social platform best practices.
