Classified & Legal Advertising Representative

The Cullman Times is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our team as a
Classified & Legal Advertising Representative. This role is essential to our daily operations and requires
excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls and assist walk-in customers.
Manage inquiries and process payments for advertising and public notices.
Accurately enter classified and public notice advertisements into our system.
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of affidavits and invoices for public notices.
Assist with the daily layout and building of classified and legal pages.
Process daily advertising payments and handle bank deposits.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer software and willingness to learn new programs
Ability to handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
Professional demeanor with the ability to provide excellent service to our customers.
Reliability, organization, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
