Job description

Soni is working with a client to hire a Project Coordinator / Manager, Paid Media for a fully remote contract role with potential to convert to full-time. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can coordinate paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Bing, Display, and Programmatic. You'll sit between the Customer Experience and Paid Media teams, keeping work moving from kickoff through completion.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and timelines across multiple campaigns
  • Assign work and ensure clear ownership across teams and contractors
  • Track milestones and dependencies in Asana
  • Identify workflow gaps and improve processes over time

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in digital marketing or advertising project management
  • Familiarity with paid social, paid search, and/or display/programmatic
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing remote teams or contractors
  • Asana preferred; Jira or Monday acceptable

Nice to Have:
  • Agency background
  • Experience with campaign QA and optimization
