Job description

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join a collaborative team in San Antonio, Texas. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their project coordination career who is organized, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will help manage the flow of creative and advertising projects from initial development through review and release while working closely with internal stakeholders. The position offers strong potential for long-term growth, including a path into broader account management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the progress of advertising and marketing projects across channels such as radio, television, print, and related media deliverables.
• Track project timelines, approvals, and next steps to help ensure work moves efficiently from content creation through final posting or release.
• Partner with internal team members to organize project details, update status information, and maintain clear communication throughout each assignment.
• Use Office 365, Monday.com, and internal business systems to manage schedules, documentation, and day-to-day project activity.
• Review materials carefully to support accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of campaign components.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks that keep multiple active projects organized and on schedule.
• Support evolving team needs in a hybrid environment with regular onsite collaboration and optional remote work on Fridays.
