Job description

WHO WE ARE
The Morgan Company is a Jacksonville-based promotional products and marketing solutions firm built on our three core values: be Responsive, Resourceful, and Reliable, every single time. We help our clients show up, stand out, and connect with their audiences through thoughtfully sourced, expertly executed promotional solutions.
Right now, we're in an exciting chapter. We're building systems, growing our team, and scaling with intention. This is an incredible opportunity for the right person.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our new Project Coordinator, you are the engine behind every order. You are the person who takes a client's vision and sees it through from purchase order to delivery, making sure every vendor is on schedule, every proof is approved, and every deadline is met. You will be working side by side with our Account Managers translating client needs into flawless production.
This is an entry-level position with room to grow. We are building a team of specialists, and we want someone who sees this as the beginning of a real career.
OUR VALUES - THE THREE R'S
Everything we do at The Morgan Company is guided by three core values. We don't just post them on a wall — we hire, train, and operate by them every day:
RESPONSIVE
We answer. We follow up. We set clear expectations and we keep them. Quick replies aren't just courtesy, they're our competitive advantage.
RESOURCEFUL
We find solutions, not excuses. When a vendor is out or a deadline shifts, we don't panic, we problem solve. Creativity and adaptability are
part of the job.
RELIABLE
We do what we say we're going to do. Our clients trust us because we show up consistently with creative solutions and promises we can keep.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your primary responsibility is managing the full lifecycle of promotional product orders; from the moment a purchase
order is received through final delivery. No two days are exactly alike, but your core accountabilities include:
• Project Management: Own assigned orders from kickoff through delivery, keeping all parties informed and every deadline on track
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate consistently with suppliers and decorators on production schedules, specifications, and shipping timelines
• Purchase Order & Invoice Management: Create accurate POs and invoices in our SAGE order management system
• Internal Communication: Serve as the crucial link between Account Managers and vendors, making sure nothing gets lost in translation
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Spot potential delays before they happen and bring solutions, not just issues
• Status Reporting: Compile and communicate weekly order updates to the team
• File & Record Organization: Keep client and project files clean, consistent, and easy for the whole team to navigate
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You don't need years of experience, just the right mindset to learn and grow.
• You're organized and resourceful
• You communicate clearly and don't let things fall through the cracks
• You take ownership. When something is yours, you see it through
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you're juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
• You're a team player who understands that great work is a group effort
• You embody the Three R's: Responsive, Resourceful, and Reliable
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Experience in promotional products, marketing, and/or advertising is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is preferred but not required
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Competitive hourly wage
• PTO and paid holidays
• 401K plan
• Opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities as the company scales
