Regional Operations Specialist

Pay & Benefits
$65,000-$72,000/Annually with bonus potential

Minimum Experience: Three years of property management experience, high school diploma or GED.

Role and Responsibilities
As the Regional Operations Specialist your responsibilities will include:

  • Supports on-site teams with training needs as directed by RPM.
  • Resource to the on-site teams for system functions and opportunities.
  • Provides coverage for Community Manager/leasing office team members as directed by RPM.
  • Monitor, review, and evaluate market surveys for new insights.
  • Review and evaluate lead management and recommend actions as needed for optimal lead response and follow up (Neglected leads, lead activity, lead to tour and closing ratio, etc.)
  • Review recorded leasing and customer service calls to identify training opportunities and highlight top performers.
  • Support strategic action plans for focus property performance improvement within region as directed by RPM.
  • Conduct leasing overrides as needed.
  • Review monthly commission reports and compare property management software to confirm eligibility.
  • Review advertising and social media for content and engagement.
  • Review and assist with revenue management pricing recommendations and rate publishing as needed.
  • Assist in integration of new acquisitions including participate in due diligence and market research as needed.
  • Create social media and Viva Engage posts to celebrate team successes including Employee Spotlight
  • Direct regional/multi-site leasing team members as needed.
  • Accounts payable functions including review, audit, and processing as directed by RPM.
  • Support accounting month end functions including month end checklists and activity, GPR review and corrections, and variance notes as directed by RPM.
  • Assist in resolving resident opportunities that escalate beyond Community Manager
  • Plan miscellaneous events as needed.
  • Regularly monitor and follow-up with Community Managers on Berger U assignments within region
  • Provides coverage for RPM as needed · Other duties and projects as needed.
