A Brief Overview
The Marketing Operations Manager is a critical driver of marketing performance, ensuring operational rigor, financial discipline, and executional excellence across the organization. This role serves as the central hub for cross-functional alignment, bringing structure, efficiency, and scalability to how marketing work gets done. With a strong focus on financial governance and process optimization, the Marketing Operations Manager designs and implements streamlined workflows while owning the day-to-day operational execution that enables strategic marketing initiatives to deliver measurable business impact.
What you will do
  • Finance
    • Oversee team budget tracking and reporting
    • Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and supplier set-up processes
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial documentation and payments
    • Partner with Finance team on budget pacing, forecasting, and variance analysis
    • Serve as primary Marketing point of contact with Accounting

  • Media
    • Own media trafficking across digital and linear channels
    • Support updates and optimization of Google Business Profiles
    • Respond to ongoing media vendor and sponsor requests in a timely manner
    • Assist with management and coordination of the media agency, including deliverables tracking and communication
    • Help ensure campaign assets and placements align with approved plans and timelines

  • Cross-functional Communications:
    • Reporting
    • Support the development and distribution of comprehensive communications and reports to ensure leadership and stakeholders are consistently informed on advertising-related initiatives and impact
    • Process improvement
    • Streamline the advertising and Customer Experience Team's workload using project management best practices and tools
    • Document and socialize new or existing processes

  • Strategy:
    • Annual planning
    • Support launch of new annual planning framework
    • Cross-functionally collaborate to ensure alighnment
    • Innovation
    • Bring together disperate innovation efforts to; ensure alignment, drive efficiency, and clarify accountability
    • Keep teams abreast of advertising innovation news
    • Provide leadership with ongoing visibility to efforts and watchouts

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field Required

Experience Qualifications
  • 4-6 years Experience in digital paid media advertising at a media agency or in-house media team
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (ex. DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Analytics, etc).

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills (High proficiency)
  • Proven ability to take initiative, effectively influence others and achieve results. (High proficiency)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (High proficiency)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into presentations and reports that can be easily understood by non-technical individuals (High proficiency)
