The Sales Account Executive is a hunter role for someone who can open doors, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close new business-to-business (B2B) deals. As an Account Executive, you'll drive national growth for Advertising Vehicles, prospect new accounts, manage a strong pipeline, and lead deals from first contact to close.

What You'll Do
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Present fleet branding and vehicle graphics solutions tailored to customer needs and goals.
  • Track pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Stay current on trends in fleet branding, transportation, and national account buying behavior to keep Advertising Vehicles competitive.
  • Build strong relationships with new accounts and customer partnerships.
  • Guide clients from initial discovery through proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and order booking.
  • Partner with operations and account managers for a smooth handoff and strong client experience post-sale.
  • Travel of up to 30%-50% is required for client meetings, trade shows, relationship development, and market expansion opportunities.

Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Role
  • 5-7 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a hunter mentality and a proven track record building new territories, acquiring high-value accounts, and hitting sales quotas.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-rejection sales environments.
  • Disciplined pipeline management using CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the fleet graphics industry, including work with fleet management companies, upfitters, and OEMs.
  • Experience selling branding, advertising, graphics, signage, print, or related B2B solutions to national or multi-location accounts.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
