The National Account Sales Executive is a high-impact, hunter role for a proven sales leader who can open doors, influence complex buying groups, and turn strategic relationships into significant revenue. Success in this role requires disciplined prospecting, strong pipeline management, confident solution selling, and the drive to lead complex opportunities through the full sales cycle.
This individual will drive new business growth and identify new accounts by leveraging industry trends to expand Advertising Vehicles' market presence and win high-value business.

What You'll Do
Generate New Business and Expand Within Your Territory
  • Drive sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Travel of up to 50-70% is required for client meetings, trade shows, relationship development, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Present fleet branding and vehicle graphics solutions that align with customer needs, business goals, and project requirements.
  • Promote sales activity, pipeline documentation, and forecasting in HubSpot while working to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Stay informed on trends in fleet branding, advertising, transportation, franchising, and national account buying behavior to position Advertising Vehicles competitively in the marketplace.

Lead The Sales Process
  • Build strong relationships with new accounts while cultivating new customer partnerships.
  • Direct client conversations from initial concept and discovery through proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and order booking.
  • Partner with operations, and account managers to ensure a smooth handoff and strong client experience from sale through execution.

Requirements
What You'll Bring to The Role
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, including building new territories and acquiring high-value target accounts.
  • Hunter mentality with proficiency in cold outreach and high-rejection sales environments.
  • Proven success hitting quarterly and annual sales quota.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50-70% within territory assignment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A proven track record working in the fleet graphics industry, as well as working with fleet management companies, upfitters, and OEM's.
  • Experience selling branding, advertising, graphics, signage, print, or related B2B solutions to national or multi-location accounts.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
