As a Senior Project Manager at SixSpeed, you are the driver that keeps large, integrated projects on track and moving forward. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that every detail of delivery aligns with client expectations and agency standards. We're looking for someone who thrives in complexity, anticipates challenges before they become issues, and consistently brings solutions to the table. If you're a proactive facilitator who can balance strategy with execution, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
THE TASK AT HAND
  • Analyze any project's performance and provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and evolving advertising and marketing strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of senior level contact for key clients
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget
  • Partner closely with Account teams to understand client objectives, priorities, and expectations
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, and communicate them clearly at kickoff
  • Allocate and manage resources, balancing workloads and productivity across teams
  • Monitor project health, proactively identifying roadblocks and implementing solutions to keep things on track
  • Manage budgets, hours, and costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring expectations, responsibilities, and milestones are clear
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, keeping leadership informed on progress and risks
  • Conduct after-action reviews and reconciliations, capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement
  • Oversee portfolio-level budget management across larger, more comprehensive client accounts

WHO YOU ARE
  • 7+ years of project management experience in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering multiple complex, integrated projects simultaneously
  • Skilled in project management processes, tools, and methodologies, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, hours, and reconciliations
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator with a talent for aligning cross-functional teams
  • Critical thinker and problem solver who is always solution-oriented - "no" isn't in your vocabulary
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence
  • A steady leader who ensures teams have the clarity, tools, and guidance they need to succeed

WHO WE ARE
To be what others can't, you have to do what they won't. We are SixSpeed, a full-service advertising agency that is employee-owned, audience-first, and built to deliver big ideas at speed. We're here to make the world's most adventurous brands impossible to imitate.
This role offers a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position.
