About the Role

We are seeking multiple entry-level Advertising Operations Coordinators to join our team. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate is someone that learns fast, is detail oriented, takes pride in their work and wants to build a career in digital advertising or politics and public affairs.

In this role you will:

  • Place and manage video campaigns across 3+ DSPs, YouTube, and Meta
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams to translate customer persuasion and mobilization goals into coherent digital programs
  • Partner with vendors including DSPs, SSPs, audience providers, and verification companies to stay abreast of the latest innovations and bring them to our customers
  • Work late hours and occasionally on weekends to support high-profile political campaigns during election season
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Hands on keyboard DSP activation and optimizations
  • Experience working on fast paced political campaigns or public affairs, agency experience is strongly preferred
  • The ability to operate independently and take ownership of issues when they arise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an interest in learning to build dashboards or SQL
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and juggle multiple complex projects
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • A positive attitude and a desire to lead
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent work authorization
