Job Description
The Advertising Assistant is responsible for creating sales efficiencies and overseeing the day-to-day business requirements related to the production of promotional signage. This position engages and maintains the relationship with our clients customers and the sales pipeline.
Salary range: $42000 - $48000 per year.
Responsibilities:
  • Attend business events with superiors.
  • Support manager with the internal and external communications processes to efficiently promote the clients' products and services.
  • Construct individual assignments for major campaign projects, preparing presentations as necessary.
  • Collect sales performance data and input into company database.
  • Set up appointments with potential clients, communicate with clients.

Qualifications
  • College degree in marketing, economics or business preferred.
  • Concentration in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
  • Understanding of basic advertising concepts and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Assertive communication.
  • High level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working within deadlines.
