Job description

The Global Media Strategy Manager is a leadership role within the Digital Media and Communications function, responsible for media strategy, execution oversight, performance analytics, testing frameworks, and cross-functional partnership across domestic and international markets. This role helps shape how Feld approaches paid media across its live event portfolio. Success in this role means making smart media investment decisions, turning performance data into clear actions, improving how campaigns are planned and measured, and helping teams and partners work more effectively across markets.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies for assigned Feld campaigns across domestic and international markets.
  • Manage paid media activation, including campaign setup, launch, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting across assigned channels and platforms. 
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on paid media expertise, with particular depth in Google Ads and CTV. Experience across      additional major platforms, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and DV360, is preferred.
  • Partner with Brand, Creative, Analytics, agencies, and in-market stakeholders to align media plans, creative needs,       localization, and campaign priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted media advisor to internal stakeholders, providing clear recommendations that connect media strategy and performance to business objectives. 
  • Manage assigned media budgets, vendor relationships, and platform partnerships to support performance goals and efficient investment. 
  • Build productive relationships with media vendors, platform representatives, and agency partners to identify strategic pportunities, beta programs, and market insights. 
  • Oversee international campaign readiness, including creative localization, QA, trafficking, launch coordination, and market-specific execution needs. 
  • Monitor performance trends and adjust media plans to improve results against campaign goals.
  • Connect media investment decisions and performance insights to ticket sales, attendance goals, and broader business performance. 
  • Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and benchmarking standards across brands and regions. 
  • Train team members on analytics tools, testing methodologies, statistical significance, and performance measurement best practices. 
  • Design and manage A/B testing roadmaps, methodologies, success criteria, documentation standards, and team-wide workflows that support continuous performance improvement. 
  • Develop POVs on emerging platforms, tactics, technologies, and industry trends and assess their potential application to Feld's business. 
  • Partner with Creative, Analytics, Brand teams, agencies, and platform partners to test and pilot innovative approaches. 
  • Present recommendations with confidence and clarity, simplifying complex media concepts, performance insights for non-media stakeholders and senior leadership. 
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with leadership through clear updates, escalation, documentation, and recommendations.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, or media strategy
  • Experience mentoring or providing guidance to team members strongly preferred
  • Experience with campaign reporting, dashboarding, KPI frameworks, and analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, platform reporting, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets of $1M+ annually, including campaign pacing, budget allocation, optimization, forecasting, and ROI/ROAS reporting.
  • Experience planning, buying, optimizing, or evaluating paid media across major digital channels, with particular experience in Google Ads and connected TV.
  • Experience across additional channels and platforms such as Meta, TikTok, paid social, paid search, programmatic, online video, YouTube, and DV360 preferred.
  • Experience working in a media agency environment, including managing multiple brands or campaigns, competing priorities, and client communication preferred.
  • Experience in entertainment, live events, consumer-facing industries, or e-commerce is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates accountability by managing complex digital campaigns with care, clarity, and consistency, maintaining quality under pressure while partnering with others to resolve issues quickly and keep work moving forward.
  • Identifies root causes quickly, troubleshoots independently, prevents repeat issues, and resolves challenges before they escalate.
  • Communicates clearly with internal teams, external agencies, media vendors, and senior stakeholders; builds productive relationships and influences without authority across a matrixed environment.
  • Balances day-to-day execution with long-term capability building, process improvement, and organizational scalability.
  • Comfortable shifting priorities, working in ambiguity, and pivoting quickly as the business demands.
