About the Role
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, with opportunities to support additional channels such as Google Ads and other paid social platforms.
You'll work closely with our Paid Advertising team to develop campaign concepts, identify target audiences, allocate budgets, monitor performance, and uncover optimization opportunities that drive results for our law firm clients.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys diving into data, solving problems independently, and taking ownership of campaign success.
What You'll Do
  • Develop campaign plans based on client goals, target audiences, and budget allocations
  • Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns primarily across Meta platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions
  • Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality
  • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
  • Execute A/B testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging, and landing page experiences
  • Partner with Paid advertising team members to provide performance-based recommendations and insights
  • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, conversion, and pixel-related issues
  • Maintain accurate campaign setup, budget management, and reporting processes
  • Identify emerging trends, platform changes, and growth opportunities
  • Present campaign performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Conduct independent research to uncover new opportunities, tactics, and best practices

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Experience with campaign attribution, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising
  • Experience scaling lead generation campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
  • Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Looker Studio, Domo, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven optimization decisions
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and demand generation marketing
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively solve problems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing mass tort advertising campaigns
