We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Adventist Behavioral Health. This full-time position is done remotely and focuses on delivering high-quality care within our Detox Center. As part of our comprehensive treatment team, you will work directly with individuals and families to assess needs and implement tailored interventions to promote mental health recovery and well-being.

As a remote Clinical Social Worker, you will collaborate within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that focuses on the holistic care of patients. While your work is performed virtually, you will engage periodically with team members through video conferences and virtual meetings to discuss treatment planning and patient progress. Our detox center environment prioritizes safety, empathy, and comprehensive support to enhance recovery outcomes.

In your role as an LCSW, you will take on several critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to understand their unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) to ensure aligned support strategies.
• Monitoring outcomes and progress as part of a collaborative team, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on each patient’s evolution.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to families, educating them about the recovery process and how they can aid their loved ones.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and natural learning environment techniques to optimize treatment efficacy.
• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations to maintain the integrity and safety of service delivery.
• Developing trusting relationships with children and families to foster a supportive healing environment.

The primary focus of this role is on children and families who are navigating early intervention and childhood developmental challenges. You will work with clients facing various issues, from developmental delays to emotional distress. Your efforts will significantly contribute to shaping their futures by enhancing their emotional and social well-being while fostering a supportive atmosphere for growth and recovery.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to effectively adapt intervention strategies to suit individual learning styles and developmental needs.
• Demonstrated commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Respectful approach towards collaboration and teamwork.

While one year of experience in early intervention with children is required, candidates who have additional qualifications, such as bilingual skills or prior experience in mental health services within a detox or rehabilitation setting, are encouraged to apply.
