Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment efficacy, adhering to all regulatory standards and documenting clinical insights.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Work alongside behavioral health professionals to develop and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at enhancing client engagement and growth.
  • Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and local service systems to streamline client access to needed resources.
  • Foster open communication channels with community stakeholders to meet contractual standards and support collaborative service delivery.
  • Build relationships with various agencies and organizations to advocate for programming, funding, and partnership opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and networking events relevant to mental health counseling, ensuring your techniques remain up to date.
  • Adhere to and promote the agency's mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall function of the clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
