Salary: $80,000-$100,000

To support flexibility and attract exceptional clinicians, we offer two compensation models for our outpatient therapy team members: Hourly Compensation or Pay-Per-Visit (PPV). Each model is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and growth while maintaining consistency in patient care.

  • A traditional 40-hour work week
  • Four 9-hour dayswith ahalf-day Friday,or
  • Four 10-hour daysfor a longer weekend

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Reliant Healthcare Group you will:

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals who are just as passionate about communication as you are (SLP, SLP-A, SLP-CF) with a wider range experience and/or certifications (feeding/swallowing experience)
  • Engage patients with fun, age-appropriate games and activities to keep them motivated and encourage client success!
  • Make a real difference in the lives of our patients by encouraging them to find their voice and build meaningful connections with our families
  • Performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results; developing goals appropriate to patients; creating and implementing speech therapy treatment plans
  • Documents patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.
