Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time
Cypress, TX

IMPORTANT: This position requires an active BCBA certification issued by the BACB and eligibility for BCBA licensure in Texas. Applicants without BCBA credentials will not be considered.
About the Role
Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on clinical role delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder at our Cypress clinic location. Ideal for a BCBA seeking flexible hours, strong clinical support, and meaningful patient impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent and caregiver training
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and clinic leadership
  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and effective service delivery per BACB standards

Required Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing (BACB)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Texas (LBA)
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services to pediatric clients
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
