Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including crisis intervention, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, collaborating with clinical teams to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams, enhancing the overall treatment framework for clients.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to necessary resources and services.
• Promote open communication channels with all stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and support Wickersley Care Group's mission.
• Forge relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify opportunities for collaboration and funding.
• Participate in professional development activities such as conferences and training sessions to enhance your expertise and represent the organization.
• Promote the agency’s mission and values through direct client interaction and community outreach endeavors.
• Fulfill additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

The clientele served by Wickersley Care Group is diverse, including individuals overcoming emotional health challenges, recovering from substance use disorders, and managing developmental disabilities. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that your approach is culturally competent and responsive to their unique circumstances. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must possess an independent LMHC license issued by the state board of Florida.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical records and prepare accurate reports.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary team settings and contributing meaningfully to collaborative care.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to clients and peers.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, grounded in your professional knowledge and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community health settings and an understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Previous involvement in professional organizations or community outreach initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

Wickersley Care Group offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a generous benefits package that includes:
