Job description

The position will actively provide international forwarding and supply chain office support to meet warehouse operational needs. Provide world-class customer service and solutions in order to ensure complete customers' satisfaction.

  • Prepare, analyze, and enter information timely and appropriately into the warehouse management system and/or submit documentation to the appropriate parties in order to ensure they are in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support all inbound and outbound office functions to include distribution, crossdock, CFS, and FTZ.
  • Ability to perform data entry timely and accurate completion of electronic data entry for specific data points (milestones) obtained and documented by both internal and external (Vendors) sources
  • Communicate and escalate data point discrepancies and incomplete or missing data to management.
  • Manage the accuracy and integrity of CFS, FTZ and other business documents throughout the document's life cycle, which includes filing, retrieving and archiving.
  • Ability to coordinate and carry out warehouse and gateway activities efficiently.
  • The incumbent(s) of this position is expected to perform all other related duties as assigned.

HS Diploma/GED required. One (1) year of relevant operational warehouse experience.One (1) year of international freight forwarding and warehouse operations experience preferred.Data entry/customer service experience, preferably within the International Freight Forwarding industry. Ability to type at least 60 wpm with accuracy. Intermediate MS Office skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), specifically with Excel.


Preferred Qualifications: The shift for this position is 2nd shift, Thurs-Mon 2:30pm-11pm. The regularly scheduled days off for this position are Tue & Wed.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $15.43 - $24.13 per Hour. Typical starting pay will be around $21.50 per Hour.
