Job description

About The Role:

As an International Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Analyst / Senior Analyst, you will handle the day-to-day operational execution for Feastables' international business, focusing on air and ocean freight export shipments worldwide. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role blending customer supply chain execution with tactical logistics operations.

We are looking for an execution-focused, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are ready to manage freight forwarders, partner with our warehouses, and ensure our international orders cross borders smoothly and on time, we want you on the team!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate day-to-day international air and ocean freight shipments, partnering closely with freight forwarders and Feastables warehouse 3PLs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Actively monitor and ensure international shipments are being submitted, picked, and processed efficiently at the warehouse level.
  • Coordinate and align container/truck loading appointments between freight forwarders and warehouse partners to prevent shipping delays.
  • Review order requirements and pull specific product lot codes for prior customer review and approval before shipments depart.
  • Manage unique operational requests, load planning, and specialized pallet or container configurations optimized for global transit.
  • Create, audit, and distribute necessary international shipping documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BOLs, AWBs). Order required export certificates from government agencies (FDA, USDA, Certificates of Origin) and review destination country requirements to assist with smooth customs processing.
  • Manage the end-to-end international order-to-cash process within NetSuite alongside our 3PLs, warehouse operations, and logistics teams.
  • Own the international product sample process, including creating labels, coordinating with small parcel partners, planning transit, and communicating ETAs and tracking details to all parties.
  • Serve as a core operational touchpoint for international customers, distributors, and internal teams, providing proactive updates on order statuses, warehouse updates, and transit roadblocks.
  • Track international inventory levels, monitor lead times, and collaborate with planning teams to ensure stock is available at our 3PLs to fulfill international orders.
  • Maintain transaction accuracy in NetSuite by processing inventory transfers, auditing international order data, and resolving EDI failures.
  • Review daily warehouse KPIs, analyze international freight/warehouse costs, and flag inefficiencies to help drive down supply chain costs.

Recipe For Success:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination, export operations, or customer supply chain fulfillment, ideally within the CPG or food/beverage sector.
  • Solid understanding of international shipping operations (ocean and airfreight), freight forwarder scheduling, Incoterms, and essential export documentation.
  • NetSuite or similar ERP experience is highly preferred; advanced MS Excel skills are required.
  • An entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, excellent time management, and the ability to pivot quickly in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with a strict attention to detail, especially regarding lot codes, paperwork accuracy, and loading schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with external vendors (3PLs, forwarders) and internal teams.

Why Feastables?

We believe in transparency - not just in our ingredients, but in how we hire. When making compensation decisions, we consider many factors like role level, market data, location, and relevant experience and skills. For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $80,000-100,000.

Beyond salary, we offer a thriving culture where you'll have interesting problems to solve with the autonomy you need to make a difference. And, of course, we have the perks/benefits to enable you to do your best work.

  • 100% employer paid option for medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with an employer match
  • 11 company paid holidays
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Delicious chocolate & snacks of course!
