About the Role:

The Behavioral Technician plays a critical role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help clients develop essential life skills, improve communication, and reduce maladaptive behaviors. The Behavioral Technician works directly with clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics, ensuring consistent and effective intervention. Success in this role contributes significantly to the client’s overall progress and quality of life by fostering positive behavioral changes. The technician also collaborates closely with families and other professionals to maintain a supportive and cohesive treatment environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a 40-hour training course in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to pass a background check and any required state certifications or clearances.
