These positions may involve digital marketing, content analysis, or ad optimization, with income depending on performance and client base.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of an Ads Reader?

As an Ads Reader, your daily tasks typically include reviewing and evaluating online advertisements for quality, relevance, and compliance with guidelines. These qualities ensure high-quality, accurate ad reviews that meet industry and company standards.

These positions often require strong reading comprehension, communication skills, and sometimes voice acting or writing abilities, and may involve working flexible hours or freelance arrangements.

What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule in jobs, including roles like Ads Reading, often refers to a probation period of three months during which an employee's performance is evaluated before confirming permanent employment. This period allows employers to assess skills, reliability, and fit for the role, and employees to adapt to the job requirements. Some companies may have policies or expectations related to this timeframe for performance reviews or contract terms.

What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70 30 rule in hiring suggests that employers should allocate approximately 70% of their focus on assessing a candidate's skills and qualifications, and 30% on cultural fit and soft skills. For roles like Ads Reading, this balance helps ensure candidates are technically capable while aligning with company values and team dynamics.
